about our food

good food mac is your new favorite spot for tasty food made with clean ingredients. Our food is made for everyone to enjoy, and it just happens to fit the bill for people who avoid gluten and strive to up their gut-health game.

our good food

We serve green salads, soups, deli salads, coffees, and sweet treats that are made using clean ingredients. Most menu items are already designed to be full of healthy prebiotics, probiotics, and protein. For those who want to go a step further, we have opportunities to up your ante with extra protein, collagen, fiber, and probiotics.

Our salad dressings are all made from scratch. We use Greek yogurt and olive or avocado oils (hello, omegas!). Our salads host a rainbow of veggies tossed with beans, seeds, or nuts for that extra boost of nutrition (think fiber, fats, and inflammation fighters).

All of our soups are made in-house (obv). We have fun tossing all sorts of good-for-you stuff into the pot that supports your health without you needing to think about it. Vegetables, healthy fats, and inflammation-reducing herbs come together to fill your belly with all the warm goodness.

Our coffee bar features Summon Coffee’s Bad Ritual roast in our classic lattes. Bulletproof coffees and teas, matcha, and golden milk are also on the menu. We make all of our coffee stir-ins, so they don’t have refined sugars and are free of artificial flavors and colors. Alt milks are recommended (almond or goat), but cow milk is available moo too.

Need a sweet treat? We’ve got you covered! Packed with whole grains, nuts and seeds, MCTs, and unrefined sweeteners, our baked goods aren’t only not bad for you; they’re actually good! They’re the guilty pleasures you don’t have to feel guilty about.

what we don’t serve

gluten

All of our ingredients are gluten-free because they can be, and so many folks these days avoid gluten for a host of reasons. Our son has celiac disease, so we’ve had a gluten-free home for years. It’s just second nature for us, and let’s face it; gluten doesn’t really bring anything beneficial to the table.

processed foods

Chronic inflammation is linked with and a factor in myriad chronic diseases. Inflammation is perpetuated by processed foods, refined sugars, refined grains, and trans and saturated fats…so we just don’t serve them here!
